Do you have particular dietary needs?

Please let us know! Our Campus Dining Services Program can accommodate your special dietary requirements. For more information, please contact… Dining Office at (541) 885-1076 or email sodexo@oit.edu.

One of our main goals is to provide a pleasant, clean, comfortable and satisfying dining experience. In order to meet this goal, we ask for your assistance with the following procedures:

  • Please bus your dishes and disposables from your table when you have finished dining
  • Please refrain from taking food, dishes or utensils from the dining area.
  • Remember that Meal Cards are non-transferable.  Meal cards cannot be used by anyone but the purchaser.

A Plan For You!

There are three levels of meal plans. Meal plan contracts are for the academic year and are payable in 3 equal installments on the first day of each term. A student living on campus for the first time must select one of three Meal Plans. If you do not know which plan to choose, we suggest you start out with Meal Plan 2. This plan offers enough purchasing power for the majority of students, and can be changed for subsequent terms.

The annual cost for each plan follows:

One third of the annual amount of the plan is added to the student's meal plan balance prior to the start of each academic term; the student uses their ID card to access their account and make purchases. Every time a student makes a purchase, they must present their student ID card at the register for payment.

Because the meal plans are not refundable, it is very important that students monitor their accounts so as not to use their plan dollars too quickly or too slowly.

Balances do carry forward from term to term through the year, but the plans expire on the last day of Spring Term.

Meal Cards

Lost or stolen Meal Cards can be replaced. Should this happen to you, lost cards must be reported immediately to the College Business Office. You can contact the business office at 541-885-1813.

Upon notification (during regular business hours), the Meal Plan account will be suspended and computer access changes made to prevent the use of the lost card. A replacement card fee must be paid to the Cashier at the Business Office, then the receipt taken to the College Information Desk where a new ID card can be issued. Once a new ID card is issued you will need to return to the Business office to have the card and your meal plan reactivated.
